1 pounds small round potatoes
2 Tbles Sugar
2 oz butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and boil the potatoes until just soft. (optional - can leave pealed if desired)
Rinse the potatoes under cold running water.

Melt the sugar in a hot pan. Add butter and stir until smooth.
Place potatoes in the butter/sugar Carmel mixture.
Turn potatoes gently with a spoon until all are brown.
