2 pounds walnut halves
10 Tbsp unsalted butter (1¼ sticks)
4 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp crumbled dry rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in herbs. Mix with walnuts in a separate bowl. Layer the walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet in 350º oven for 15 minutes.

So easy and so good. Freezes well. Make a batch before the holidays, throw them in the freezer, and then you have a little something special to serve every time company comes over.
