4 lbs. Roma tomatoes, diced
1 large red onion, diced
9 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 limes, squeezed
Canning salt to taste
7 seranos, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Pack in jars, leaving 1/2-inch at top. Bath 40 minutes. Makes 10 half pints
