4 eggs
1 cup table cream
¾ cup Bisquick
¼ tsp white pepper
dash of Tabasco, Worcestershire
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped bacon (or ham)
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs and cream. Season with pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Stir in Bisquick. Add melted butter. Fold in cheese, bacon and onion.

Pour into well greased muffin or mini muffin tins and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes (check mini muffins earlier, when they start to brown).
