Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines© yellow cake mix (deluxe moist)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ water
2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped pecans

Icing (optional):
1½ cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two round, 9 inch cake pans.

2. Beat the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl combine the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans.

3. Put ⅓ of the sugar mixture in the bottom of the pans. Pour in half of the cake batter on top. Sprinkle ⅓ of the sugar mix over the batter. Add the rest of the batter and then top with the last ⅓ of the sugar mix.

4. Take a knife and swirl it through the batter and sugar mixture to make it look like marble. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Icing if Desired:

1. Mix together all ingredients and drizzle over cooled cakes.
