1/4 oz. Dill
12 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
12 oz Chicken Breasts
6 oz Green Beans
2 T. Sour Cream
Chicken Stock Concentrate (1 Cube/packet)
1 t. Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Wash and Dry all produce. Preheat oven to 450º. Pick fronds from dill and discard stems. Finely chop dill. Cute potatoes into 1/2" cubes. Toss potatoes on baking sheet with a drizzle of oil and pinch of salt and pepper. Roast in oven until crisp (approx. 22-25 minutes - toss 1/2 way). Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Season all over with salt & Pepper. Add to pan and cook until no longer pink in center (approx 4-6 minutes per side). Remove chicken from pan and set aside to rest.

Roast Green Beans on baking sheet with drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper for approximately 10-12 minutes, tossing 1/2 way. Store together 1 t. dill, all sour cream, stock concentrate, 1 t. mustard and 2 T. of water in pan used for chicken over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice chicken then divide between plates along with potatoes and green beans. Drizzle sauce over everything and garnish with remaining dill.
