1 lb. Pasta, Elbows
½ Container Miracle Whip (about 15 oz.)
3 Celery Stalks, diced
1 Onion Medium, diced
1 Green Pepper
2-4 Splashes of Vinegar
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder, pinch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. Dice onion, green pepper, and celery while pasta is cooking
3. In large bowl combine miracle whip, vinegar, seasonings, and vegetables. Mix Well. You might not need to add all the diced vegetables. Go by sight and taste.
4. Taste to see if anymore seasonings or vinegar ect. need to be added.
5. Fold in pasta and serve chilled. Garnish with 3 green pepper rings on top in the middle and a light dusting of paprika.

Always mix your miracle whip, seasonings, vegetables, and vinegar before adding your pasta. I never use exact measurements. I just eyeball everything and go by taste.
