1 cup flour
1 stick of butter, melted
½ cup finely chopped pecans
8 ounces package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 - 3½ ounce packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
2½ cups milk
13 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
2 cups toasted coconut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Step 1 - Mix together flour, pecans and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Step 2 - Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.

Step 3 - Mix together the instant pudding with milk (it is less milk than box directions). Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill until set.

Step 4 - Spread remaining whipped topping over the top and garnish with toasted coconut.

Refrigerate.
