3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a smooth paste. Cover and chill. Serve with nutty crackers.
