2 1/2 lbs. powder sugar
1 cup Crisco
3/4 cup plus 2 T milk for spreading
2/3 cups milk for decorating
1 tsp. vanilla

Add all ingredients at once and beat until smooth.
Warning: it can be beaten too much!
