1 lb. ground beef
½ c. Italian bread crumbs
⅓ c. grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ c. parsley, chopped
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Damp hands with water and shape into medium sized meatballs. Brown the meatballs in olive oil or drop them into a pot of simmering spaghetti sauce.
