4 pounds hamburger meat
1 large onion, chopped
3 large (12 ounce) or 6 small (6 ounce) cans of tomato paste
5 to 6 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
1/2 cup sugar or agave
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Spaghetti noodles
Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:

Cook together ground meat and chopped onion until cooked through, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Drain fat. Add tomato paste and equal amount of water (i.e. 6 small cans of water or 3 large cans of water - may need to add an extra can of water or two if the mixture is too thick). Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for three hours, stirring occasionally, tasting and adjusting oregano, salt and pepper as needed. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Top with parmesan cheese.
