10 eggs, beaten
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 pound jack cheese, shredded (or combination of cheeses - I like pepper jack)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 ounces chopped green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease a 13 " x 9" pan. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter with flour until there are no lumps. Beat eggs in large bowl and add all other ingredients to the large bowl, including butter and flour mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole.
