8 oz bow tie pasta
1½ lb chicken tenders*
large zip-top bag
¼ c flour
1 tsp salt
¼ c garlic butter
2 Tbsp capers
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
½ c dry white wine
¼ c heavy cream
juice and zest of one lemon

*leftover cooked chicken can be used as well.

Directions:
Prepare pasta and set aside.

Slice up chicken and toss in seasoned flour. Brown in garlic butter over medium heat for 2-4 minutes.

Stir capers and chicken bouillon into the chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the white wine, lemon juice and zest, and the cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Stir the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture and serve.
