1 Lb. Pinto Beans
1 Ham Hock
Water
5 stalks Celery
1/2 Chopped Green Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Large Onion, Chopped
Parsley
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
1 Large Can Tomatoes, Chopped
Pepper
Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
Tobasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak beans about one hour or overnight if possible. Pour off water and add fresh water, covering beans with about 2" of water. Add ham hock and cook about 1 1/2 hours. Chop fine all other ingredients and add to the beans. Cook slowly until done.
