1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped and sauteed
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 sandwich buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
1) Over medium-high heat, saute onion until soft and turning brown. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is mostly browned, about 5 minutes.

2) In a small bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3) Pour sauce over beef and stir until evenly coated. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in buns.
