Ingredients: Ground Turkey, Lean Italian Seasoned, 2lbs Sliced Cherry Tomatoes or Diced stewed Tomatoes, 1/2 pint or 1 can (drain liquid) for cooking in meat 1/2 Cup raw Chopped Tomatoes Fresh Chopped Basil, 1/4 Cup for cooking in meat; 1/4 Cup Chopped raw for taco topping Himalayan Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste Fresh Shredded Parmesan, 1/4 Cup Fresh Shredded Mozzarella, 1/4 Cup FreshShredded Romano, 1/4 Cup Dried Oregano, Rosemary, 1 TBS Diced Vidalia Onion, 1 medium Fresh chopped Garlic, 1 TBS Marinara Sauce of choice, added on top as desired Banana Peppers, chopped, added as garnish on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar or Balsalmic Glaze, drizzled on top Fresh Tortillas or Boxed Hard Corn Shells

Directions:Spray pan with nonstick spray and brown ground turkey. Drain liquid from meat. Add olive oil to meat to help sauté vegetables and herbs, for added flavor. Add onions, garlic, basil, Oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add diced Tomatoes. Bake taco shells as directed on package, if desired. Spoon meat, then cheese, chopped raw tomatoes, and fresh basil I nto taco shell or tortilla. Top with warm marinara and Chopped banana peppers. Drizzle balsalmic vinegar or glaze lightly on top. Serve and enjoy! |
