3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and pared
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8oz) carton of sour cream
1/2 cup grated American cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º . Mix soup and sour cream into mixing bowl. Pour 1/2 mixture into baking dish.
Add potatoes then pour remaining mixture over that. Bake covered for 30 min. Making sure potatoes are tender. Top with green onions and cheese until melted.
