Ingredients:  
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of cut okra
1 large tomato chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium can corn
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne or red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil okra 10 minutes, Add salt, pepper, tomato, onion and cayenne.
Cook 7 min. longer until all ingredients are done. Add drained corn and serve hot.
