2 1/3 cup of raw rice
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup chopped green onions including tops
1/2 tsp.oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan or romano cheese grated
1 roll Jalapeno cheese
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to the directions. Melt margarine, add chopped onions and simmer until soft.
Add oregano and Parmesan or romano cheese.
Pour over cooked rice and gently toss with fork.
Cut 1/2 the roll of jalapeno cheese into small cubes and toss with rice.
Put in greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Arrange slices of remaining Jalapeno cheese onto top.
Bake at 400º until cheese melts.
