2- 16 0z. pkg. frozen California Vegs. (Broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of water
2 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 inch softened
1 can of French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup with water and cheese. Pour over vegs. in 9x13 Pyrex dish sprayed with pam.
Bake 30 min. at 350º coved with foil.
Uncover and top with large can of french fried onions rings and bake additional 10 min.
