5 Cups (20oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 grated medium onion
1/2 cup of melted oleo
34 Ritz crackers crumbled for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables and celery. Cook until tender in microwave. Drain.
Place in 9x13 greased baking dish. Combine cheese, mayo and grated onion. Spread evenly over vegetables. Combine oleo and crackers. Spread over the top.
Bake uncovered 30 min. at 350º
Slice into quarters and serve
