½ (5 oz.) Jar of Sharp Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. Hot Water
3 (3 oz) Pkgs. Softened Cream Cheese
¼ Lb. Bleu Cheese
½ Cup Light Cream
1 Old Loaf unsliced Bread
6 Thin Tomato Slices

Make fillings the day before and refrigerate. The fillings follow the Loaf recipe.

Blend cheese spread with hot water. For Frosting, blend cream cheese and bleu cheese with enough cream to spread easily.

With sharp knife, trim all crust from bread. Lay loaf on side and slice lengthwise into 5 even slices about ½ inch thick.

Spread bottom slice with cheese spread, spread second slice with half of chicken salad and top with tomato slices. Cover evenly so tomatoes fit the loaf without showing on the sides of the bread slice. Top with last half of chicken salad. Place on top of 1st slice. Spread 3rd slice with egg salad. Place on top of chicken salad slice. Avoid pressing together to avoid filling oozing out. Spread 4th layer with ham salad. Place on top of egg salad slice. Place last slice on top with rounded side up. Shape so all sides are even. Remove anything oozing out from between the slices.

Frost top and sides with cream cheese frosting. Refrigerate several hours before serving for easy slicing.


CHICKEN SALAD

1/2 Cup Ground Cooked Chicken
1/4 Cup minced Celery
2 Tbsp. Pickle Relish
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
2 Tbsp. Mayo

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Tuna Or Crab may be used in place of Chicken.

EGG SALAD

3 Finely chopped boiled Eggs
2 Tbsp. Minced Ripe Olives
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Prepared Mustard
2 Tbsp. Mayo

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

HAM SALAD

1/2 Cup Ground Ham
2 Tbsp. Minced Green Pepper
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
2 Tbsp. Mayo
1 Tbsp. Minced Onion

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
