4 Cups Corn Bread, crumbled and divided
3 Cups Yellow Squash, Sliced
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Stick Butter, divided
1 Tbsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Sm. Carton Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish; sprinkle 2 cups corn bread crumbs over bottom. Saute squash, onion, and bell pepper in half stick of butter until tender. Add in pepper, salt, sugar, mushroom soup, and sour cream. Pour mixture over bread crumbs in casserole. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Pour half stick of melted butter over casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 to 50 minutes. Serves 12 to 15
