6 Grouse or Pheasant Breasts
1/2 lb. Baby Swiss Cheese, sliced
1/4 lb. Smoked Turkey, sliced
1 carton Scrambler’s Egg substitute
2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Butter
Paprika and Parsley to taste
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten breasts with mallet. Layer cheese and turkey over breasts and roll tightly, closing with toothpicks. Dip into Scramblers; then into bread crumbs. Place in baking dish, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
