2 Goose Breasts
Red Wine such as Cabernet or Pinot Noir
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Butter
Poultry Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate breasts in wine and garlic covered over night (4-24 hours) in refrigerator. Grill breasts for 8-10 minutes per side, sprinkling with salt and pepper and basting with butter. Slice breasts on diagonal. Serve with roasted peppers and potatoes.
