4 Servings Goose, Duck, Pheasant
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1/2 cup Butter
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, pepper, salt, pepper and paprika in bowl and mix thoroughly. Coat meat in mixture, let stand on a baking rack for 5-10 minutes, and brown in butter in large skillet. Combine soups and water and pour into a casserole pan. Add meat and bake at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours, checking at 1-hour intervals, adding water as necessary to maintain liquid. Serve over wild rice.
