2 Goose Fillets (butterfly each breast and separate into two fillets)
8 Strips Bacon
1 box Chicken Flavored Instant Stuffing Mix
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt to taste
1/4 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Make stuffing as directed on box. Pound fillets flat, but not too thin, and sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoning. Place 1-2 Tbsp. stuffing in center of each fillet. Roll up and wrap 1 slice of bacon around each. Secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish with water, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1-hour.
