4 Duck or 2 Goose Breasts, cut into serving sized pieces
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1-1/2 Sticks Butter
Bay Leaves as needed
1 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Dried Chives (3 Tbsp. Fresh Chives)
1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Black Pepper to taste
Dash Cinnamon

Directions:

Sauté onions in butter. Line baking pan with aluminum foil leaving enough to seal after all ingredients are added. Cut butter into chunks and sprinkle evenly over the birds. Place 1 bay leaf on each piece. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over pieces. Close and seal foil. Bake 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hour or until tender. Remove bay leaves and serve with orange sauce or marmalade.
