4 Duck or 2 Goose Breasts, cut into serving sized pieces
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 oz. Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Red Wine such as Cabernet or Pinot Noir
Salt and Pepper to taste

Sauté onion in butter. In large bowl, mix well onions, soup, orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine. Pat game dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place birds in roaster pan and pour soup mixture over all. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4-5 hours or until tender. Serve pan juices over birds.
