Ingredients:  
6 medium yellow squash, sliced
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
1/2 cup whole milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 finely chopped green onion
1 cup grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash until tender and drain. Combine all ingredients except small amount of cheese and crackers.
Pour into a casserole dish, then sprinkle with crackers and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 min.
