1 envelope Lipton Soup Mix 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In a large plastic bowl, add all ingredients.
Mix until all evenly coated. Put into 13x9 baking pan and bake uncovered.
Stirring occasionally for 40 min or until potatoes are golden brown.
