1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 cup milk
4 cups of thinly slice potatoes 1 grated cup of cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. margarine dash of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Grease 2 qt. casserole dish. Blend soup, milk and pepper.
Arrange layers of potatoes, cheese and onions.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes, dot with margarine. Cover and bake 1 hour , remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes or until tender.
