1¾ cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 eggs, separated
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
⅔ cup butter
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ gallon butter pecan ice cream
*whipped cream
*maraschino cherries
*chocolate shavings

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 cup crumbs in 9"x13" pan. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Melt chocolate with butter. Add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, and egg whites to chocolate. Spread mixture on top of crumbs. Freeze 2 hours. Spread softened ice cream on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and freeze. Cut in 3 inch square to serve. Garnish with * ingredients if desired.
