2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon, & vanilla 'til light and fluffy. Line muffin pan with cup cake liners. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner. Fill cup ⅔ full. Bake @375º for 15 - 20 minutes, or until set. Top each with 1 T. pie filling. Chill
