2 small or 1 large orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can Mandarin orange slices - drained
1 small can crushed pineapple - drained

Toping
1 egg
½ cup sugar
1 T. grated orange peel
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix in fruit. Congeal.
Mix topping and put a dollop on each serving.
