4 large potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup salad oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into ¼" thick slices. Place, overlapping, in a greased casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter & oil. Brush the potatoes with the mixture and pour the rest over the top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme. Bake @ 400º for 25 - 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.
