2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
¾ stick butter
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup milk (if using canned potatoes, use ½ cup milk.

Topping
¾ cup crushed corn flakes
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup brown sugar
¾ stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients well. Pour into greased casserole and bake @ 400º for 20 minutes.
Mix topping and spread over sweet potatoes. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
