Preheat oven to 375º.

3. In large pan, place racks and lay drained pork on racks.

4. Add 1/3 cup boiling water or more to ensure ¼ inch of water in pan.

5. Roast meat at 350-375º depending on your oven. Baste often with marinade.Turn meat over at least once and baste on other side.

6. Roast approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of meat.

7. For the last 5 minutes before removing meat from oven, mix remaining marinade with honey, and brush meat on each side with honey. Roast for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

Let meat sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. Slice diagonally to serve Chinese style.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
May use equal amounts of hoisin and sugar for deeper flavor. Using brown instead of white sugar gives it a richer taste. Country style pork ribs may be used instead of pork steaks.
