2/3 cup milk
2 cup biscuit mix



Salmon Topping:
1 cup flaked, canned salmon
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:


Preheat oven to 425º

1. Add milk to biscuit mix and mix well.

2. Turn dough out onto floured board or pastry cloth, kneading gently about 18 strokes. Divide dough in half, rolling each half to an 8" circle.

3. Place one circle in bottom of greased 8" layer pan.

4. Mix all Salmon Topping ingredients together and place on circle.

5. Place other 8 inch round on top.

Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot, top with cheese sauce.

Makes one 8" round shortcake.
