1-2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 pound box tofu
1/4 pound lean ground pork
1 Tbsp Siracha Sauce
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp ground brown bean sauce
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1/8 cup water
1 bunch of green onion/scallions

1. Cut Tofu into cubes, drain in colander for several hours in fridge - or best to prepare overnight.

2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and Siracha sauce - set aside.

3. In a second bowl, combine: Brown bean sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Ketchup and Water - Stir until well blended - set aside.

4. Heat a sauté pan with a little bit of oil and cook ground pork until pink, turn heat to medium. Add the garlic, siracha mixture to the sautéd pork and blend. Add the drained tofu to the sauté pan with the pork.

5. Add in brown bean, hoisin, ketchup and water mixture atop the tofu and the pork.

6. Lightly toss all the ingredients in the pan, reduce heat to medium low.

7. Chop/Dice green onions/scallions, and add to the mixture, and toss around. Cook until everything is well coated and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve Hot over white or brown rice.
