½ Cup Flour
1½ Cup Beer
3 Large Onions
1 Qt. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and beer in large bowl. Blend. Cover, allow to stand 3 hours at room temperature. Preheat oven to 200º. Cut onions into ¼ " slices. Separate into rings. Pour enough oil in a 10 inch skillet to come 2 inches up the sides of the skillet. Fry rings till golden, place on paper towels and keep warm in 200º oven.
