2 cups pumpkin seeds, cleaned and dried
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean seeds and spread out to dry. Can dry on tea towels (they tend to stick to paper towels). Coat seeds with sauce and pour out in single layer on pan with sides. Baked two hours at 250°F stirring every 30 minutes. Store in airtight container
