3½ sirloin steak
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 green peppers
2 onions
1½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 celery stalks
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
In deep pot brown steak on both sides in olive oil - remove from pan
Cut green peppers and onions into strips
Chop celery
Put one-half of peppers and onions in pot.
Place steak on top of peppers and onions
Put remaining peppers and onions on top of steak
Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, celery
Crush bouillon cube and add
Add bay leaf
Cover and bake 350º for 2 hours until steak is tender
