8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. chopped black olives
3 oz. chopped green chilies
2 T. finely chopped scallions
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 T. dry ranch mix
1 pkg. 10" flour tortillas
salsa for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese,sour cream and ranch mix until smooth. Add olives, chilies, scallions and cheese. Spread thin layer on tortillas and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate a few hours and serve with salsa.
