1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 lbs. sauerkraut, drained
16 oz. corned beef, chopped
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs, divided
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and onion flakes, add kraut, beef and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.Mix thoroughly. Add more bread crumbs if needed. Shape into 1" balls. Roll balls in flour, then dip in eggs and roll in remaining bread crumbs. Brown in 375 degree oil for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with 1000 island dressing, mustard or horseradish sauce for dipping.
