2 c white cherries
2 c pineapple chunks
2 c mandarin oranges
1 c mini marshmallows

Dressing:
2 eggs, beaten
1 T vinegar
4 T sugar
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit well. Beat eggs, and then add vinegar and sugar stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and smooth. Alternatively, microwave 1.5 minutes, removing from oven every 30 seconds and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and add 2 T butter. Cool. When cool, fold in 1 cup whipped whipping cream and fruit. Refrigerate 24 hours.
