7 jars (pints)
1/2 tsp. canning salt in each jar
2 cloves garlic in each jar
Peppers (any variety)

Brine:
5 c. vinegar
1 c. water
3/4 c. olive oil
4 tsp. canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers. Cut off tops. Pack in jars. Add canning salt and garlic in each jar. Bring to boil vinegar, water, olive oil and canning salt. Pour liquid in jars. Seal. Bath 15 minutes.
