¾ Cup Vinegar
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 (17oz.) Peas, drained
1 (12oz.) Shoe Peg Corn, drained
1 (2 oz.) Pimento, diced
1 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Cup Onion, chopped

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small pan. Boil 1 minute. Let cool completely. Pour marinade over salad. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
