1¼ Cup of Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Oil

for a larger group double or triple the recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine egg, milk and oil, mix with dry ingredients, stirring till flour is moistened. Do not over mix, batter will be lumpy.

Bake on hot griddle. Makes about 8 4" pancakes.
